Method: simple average of AA, AB and C auction averages (USD / 50 kg clean coffee) × exchange rate → KES per kg clean × green yield × (1 − deductions) − processing = KES per kg parchment (×50 for a bag) ÷ cherry ratio = KES per kg cherry. The defaults are placeholders, so set them to your own figures. The next-sale range uses the recent trend and past week-to-week swings. It is a rough guide, not a forecast.
